About Temperature converter
Converts Celsius, Fahrenheit, and Kelvin in your browser on a page that does only temperature.
People search for temperature conversion by name, then land on a unit converter buried under six other categories. The general unit page already does C, F, and K. This URL is the same math with nothing else in the way.
Everything goes through Kelvin so 0 °C lands on 32 °F and absolute zero stays consistent. No weather API, no 'feels like', no 'allow location to personalise'. Type a number, pick two scales, read the answer.
Gas mark and 'moderate oven' aren't temperatures I invent: convert the numeric scale you have. Length and weight still live on the unit converter. Wild inputs still print a number; physics isn't a form validator here.
I kept this as its own URL because searchers type 'celsius to fahrenheit' and bounce when the answer is buried under a length category. Same math either way; fewer clicks when temperature is the only job you came to do.
How to use Temperature converter
- 1Enter a value and pick from and to units.
- 2Read the converted temperature in the main pane.
- 3Swap units as needed; the result updates as you type.
What it won't do
- Three scales only, no Rankine, no gas mark chart.
- No weather data and no location prompt.
Common questions
Is this different from the unit converter's temperature category?
Same formulas. This page only offers Celsius, Fahrenheit, and Kelvin. The unit converter also does length, weight, and the rest. Use this URL when you searched for a temperature converter and don't want to hunt through a category list for the C/F/K row.
Why convert through Kelvin?
Celsius and Fahrenheit are offset scales. Via Kelvin you get the 1.8 slope and absolute zero without a special case for every pair. That also means −40 °C and −40 °F still meet in the middle the way the textbooks say they should.
Does the temperature converter talk to a weather service?
No. It converts the number you typed. No city lookup, no forecast widget, no surprise network call after the page has loaded. If you wanted outdoor temperature for a place, open a weather app; this page only does arithmetic on what you enter.

Why this one doesn't upload your file
There is no server to upload to. This page is a static file, and the work happens in your browser using the same graphics and WebAssembly code that renders every other site you visit. Your file is read from disk into memory, processed, and handed back as a download. Once the page has loaded you can disconnect from the network entirely and it keeps working. The longer explanation
