Privacy
There is not much to a privacy policy when the product is that I do not have your files. This page exists because people search for one, and because I would rather write the short honest version than hide behind a generator.
Files
Tools run in your browser. Files are read locally, processed locally, and downloaded locally. They are not sent to ihateonlinetools.com, not stored, not queued, not scanned for “safety,” and not used to train anything.
Accounts
There are none. I do not collect an email to use the tools. Contact mail to contact@ihateonlinetools.com is ordinary email if you choose to send it.
Analytics
The site may load Google Analytics for page views — which URL was opened, roughly from where, on what kind of browser. That is not your file. It is not a thumbnail. It is not a filename. If that still bothers you, use a blocker; the tools keep working.
Cookies and local storage
Theme preference and a short “recent tools” list live in your browser’s local storage. They never include the files you dropped. Analytics may set its own cookies; those are Google’s, not a file locker.
Third parties
Encoders and models are served from this origin, not from a CDN of WASM or ONNX. The exception is Analytics, which is a page-view script if it loaded. I do not send your file to a conversion API, an AI API, or a “we delete it in 24 hours” bucket.
What I cannot promise
I cannot promise your device is free of malware. I cannot promise a browser extension will not read the tab. I cannot promise a screenshot you then upload somewhere else stays private. I can promise this site does not take the file in the first place.
